Decreto 1113 de 2001 · por el cual se reglamentan los artículos, 12, 13 y 14 de la Ley 608 de 2000, relativos a la devolución del impuesto sobre las ventas pagado por la adquisición e importación de los bienes de capital destinados a la zona afectada por el terremoto en el Eje Cafetero, la franquicia arancelaria otorgada por la importación de tales bienes y los requisitos exigidos para acceder a los beneficios.
