ARTICULO 4º El presente Decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación y deroga las normas que le sean contrarias, en especial el artículo noveno del Decreto 820 de 1985, la Nota Adicional establecida por el Decreto 3025 de 1985, artículo cuarto, en cuanto se refiere a la posición 84.62.01.00 y la Nota Adicional establecida por el Decreto 3025 de 1985, artículo quinto, en cuanto se refiere a la posición arancelaria 84.59.12.99 del Arancel de Aduanas.
