Art. 2.° Los empleados de que trata el artículo anterior tendrán las facultades y deberes que para los empleados de su clase establece el Título 4.° del Código Fiscal, y asegurarán su manejo, el Administrador para ante el Gobierno con una fianza hipotecaria ó prendaria por valor libre de $ 2,000, y los Almacenistas para ante el Administrador con fianzas cuya clase y cuantía serán fijadas por éste.
