Artículo cuarto. El valor del punto para el año de 1996, para los empleados públicos docentes de las Universidades Estatales u Oficiales, a quienes se les aplica el sistema señalado en el Decreto 1444 de 1992 y aquellos que lo adicionen o modifiquen será de tres mil quinientos cuarenta pesos ($3.540.00) moneda corriente.
