APODERAMIENTO Y DESVIO DE AERONAVE O NAVE. El que mediante violencia o maniobra engañosa se apodere de una aeronave o la haga desviar de su ruta en vuelo, incurrirá en prisión de tres (3) a diez (10) años. En la misma pena incurrirá el que en puerto o durante la navegación marítima o fluvial y mediante violencia o maniobra engañosa, se apodere de una nave o la haga desviar de su ruta.
