Artículo sexto . La Junta de directores se reunirá ordinariamente en la primera semana de cada mes, o cuando sea convocada extraordinariamente por el Director Ejecutivo. Actuará como Secretario el Secretario del Instituto. Las decisiones de la Junta se tomarán por mayoría de votos. El Director Ejecutivo tendrá voz pero no voto en las deliberaciones de la Junta.
