Remuneración del servicio a través del aporte. Las sociedades administradoras del régimen de ahorro individual con solidaridad deberán asesorar a sus afiliados y beneficiarios para la contratación de la renta vitalicia; la remuneración por concepto de esta asesoría se entenderá incluida dentro del aporte que afiliados y empleadores deben efectuar periódicamente, con sujeción a las disposiciones legales pertinentes. Dicho monto no se podrá trasladar al afiliado o beneficiario, adquirente de la renta vitalicia, directa o indirectamente. (Decreto 719 de 1994, artículo 2°)
