Certificación de municipios con población de hasta 200.000 habitantes con corte a 31 de diciembre de 2016 y municipios con población igualo superior a 200.000 habitantes con corte a 31 de diciembre de 2018. Dentro de los treinta (30) días siguientes a la fecha de entrada en vigencia de este Decreto, el Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Estadística -DANE certificará al Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo y a la Unidad Administrativa Especial Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales -DIAN, los municipios con población de hasta doscientos mil habitantes a treinta y uno (31) de diciembre de 2016, y los municipios con población igualo superior a doscientos mil habitantes a treinta y uno (31) de diciembre de 2018.
