º El monto total de los depósitos que se hagan en la Caja Colombiana de Ahoros (sic) al crédito de un individuo, en cualquier tiempo, no podrá exceder de cinco mil pesos ($5.000) moneda legal. Los depósitos que provengan de ventas judiciales o de fondos administrados por un albacea, un secuestre o un tenedor fiduciario, no tienen limitación, siempre que se entregue a la Caja copia auténtica del Testamento, escritura, orden o decreto judicial, que autorice tales depósitos o que nombre tal secuestre, albacea o tenedor fiduciario.
