°. Las oficinas postales examinarán cuidadosamente los envíos que se hayan introducido con franquicia, antes de darles curso, a efecto de ver si se han cumplido los requisitos indiciados. Si hubiere sospecha de que un envió contiene correspondencia particular, el empleado postal respectivo llevará el envío a. la oficina o entidad remitente para que se verifique el contenido y en caso afirmativo se haga efectiva al responsable, en estampillas postales que se adherirán y anularán en el mismo envió, la mulla igual al décuplo de los derechos, prevista en el artículo 1° del presente Decreto.
