Intervención de terceros. Toda persona interesada en formular objeciones a la expedición de una licencia urbanística podrá hacerse parte en el trámite administrativo en cualquier momento desde la fecha de la radicación de la petición hasta la fecha de expedición del acto administrativo que resuelva la solicitud. Las objeciones y observaciones se deberán presentar por escrito y se resolverán en el acto que decida sobre la solicitud.
