Expedición de copias totales y parciales. El notario podrá expedir copia total o parcial de las escrituras públicas y de los documentos que reposan en su archivo, por medio de su reproducción mecánica, digitalizada o electrónica. La copia autorizada dará plena fe de su correspondencia con el original. Si el archivo notarial no se hallare bajo la guarda del notario, el servidor público responsable de su custodia estará investido de las mismas facultades para expedir copias.
