º OMISION DE INFORMES SOBRE ACTIVIDADES TERRORISTAS. El que conociendo de la presencia de terroristas, o sus planes y actividades para cometer alguna de las conductas contempladas en el artículo primero, omitiere informar oportunamente sobre ellos a la autoridad competente, incurrirá en la pena establecida en el artículo 1º, disminuida de una sexta parte a la mitad. Cuando la omisión sea cometida por empleados oficiales la pena se aumentará de una tercera parte a la mitad.
