º. A partir de la vigencia del presente Decreto, a los empleados públicos del Fondo de Bienestar Social de la Contraloría General de la República les será aplicable el sistema de nomenclatura, clasificación y remuneración correspondiente a los empleos de la Rama Ejecutiva del Orden Nacional.

Parágrafo

Para efectos de lo dispuesto en el presente artículo el Fondo de Bienestar Social de la Contraloría General de la República deberá establecer su planta de personal.
