Artículo único . Créase el cargo de Ingeniero de Estudios del rio Meta, con asignación mensual de $ 450.00, sin derecho a prima móvil, que se cubrirán con imputación, a Gastos de Explotación de la Navegación en el río Meta. Este empleado ejercerá también las funciones de Interventor del Gobierno, en el contrato celebrado con el señor Jorge N. Soto, el 22 de mayo de 1942, sobre establecimiento del servicio público de navegación en el río Meta. Comuníquese y publíquese.
