Los productos de la Empresa Nacional de Telecomunicaciones se mantendrán en cuenta especial y deberán apropiarse en el Presupuesto como rentas con destinación especial, de modo que puedan legalizarse oportunamente los pagos que hayan de hacerse. El Gerente, debidamente autorizado por la Junta Directiva, gestionará, cuando fuere necesario, la apertura de créditos adicionales.
