Corrígese El Numeral 2 Del Artículo 442 De La Ley 1407 De 2010, Cuyo Tenor Literal Será El Siguiente

Corrígese el numeral 2 del artículo 442 de la Ley 1407 de 2010, cuyo tenor literal será el siguiente:

(...)

“2. Que sea solicitada por el Fiscal Penal Militar, por la defensa o por el Ministerio Público, en los casos que ejerza funciones de Policía Judicial, de conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo 273 de este Código”.
