El Instituto Colombiano para el Fomento de la Educación Superior –ICFES, practicará visitas de inspección y vigilancia a las instituciones docentes que tengan Programas de Derecho aprobados, por intermedio de Abogados titulados que reúnan por lo menos los requisitos para ser Magistrados de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, con el objeto de verificar el cumplimiento de las normas que las regulan.
