ARTICULO 14 . OBLIGACION DE ACREDITAR REQUISITOS. Ningún funcionario del Instituto Nacional Penitenciario y Carcelario, INPEC, podrá tomar posesión del cargo si no acredita debidamente los anteriores requisitos. Si contraviene esta disposición, la posesión no será válida y quien la haya autorizado, incurrirá en falta grave.
