Se condenará en costas:

1ºCuando haya sido notoria la injusticia de la pretensión en la acción, excepción, posición o cuestión de cualquiera clase sostenida por la parte.

2º Cuando se interponga algún recurso, y la providencia sin confirmada; y

3º Cuando la ley lo disponga expresamente.
