º. El que omita prestar ayuda a persona herida o en peligro de muerte o de grave daño a su integridad personal, incurrirá en arresto de un mes a dos años. Si de la falta de auxilio se siguiere la muerte, la sanción se aumentará hasta en la mitad. Si el contraventor es médico, farmacéutico o practicante de medicina o agente de autoridad, la pena se aumentará hasta en otro tanto.
