COMPROBACIÓN SOSTENIMIENTO DE HOGAR. Para tener derecho a la inclusión de la partida de subsidio familiar en la liquidación de asignación de retiro o pensión, es requisito indispensable que el interesado compruebe que sostiene el hogar y que sus hijos no comprendidos en las causales de disminución dependen económicamente de él, para efectos de sostenimiento y educación, de acuerdo con la reglamentación que dicte el Gobierno.
