Con el fin de que la nueva sociedad de generación tenga el carácter de mixta, de acuerdo con la Ley, la Junta Directiva de la nueva sociedad procederá a colocar entre particulares en el mercado primario, dentro de los tres meses siguientes a su constitución, el número de acciones que determinen sus órganos societarios.
