Artículo séptimo. La Caja de Crédito Agrario fomentará las cooperativas de vivienda reglamentadas por el Decreto número 1598 de 1963, mediante préstamos y asistencia técnica. De la misma manera contribuirá a la construcción de casas que se adelanten por acción comunal. La Caja Agraria hará planes especiales de vivienda en los terrenos ocupados por resguardos indígenas, de acuerdo con las modalidades de cada comunidad.
