Los residentes en el país, distintos de los intermediarios del mercado cambiario, podrán celebrar operaciones de derivados sobre precios de productos básicos con agentes del exterior que realicen este tipo de operaciones de manera profesional. El Banco de la República mediante reglamentación de carácter general indicará las características y requerimientos que deberán tener dichos agentes.
