Art. 10. Las reincidencias se castigarán con la pena correspondiente, aumentada con la tercera parte de la anteriormente aplicada; y de esta manera se procederá en las nuevas reincidencias que ocurran, esto os, se aumentará la pena que corresponda con la tercera parto de la pena últimamente impuesta, aunque por este aumento se traspase el máximo de la pena fijada en este Decreto.
