Artículo cuarto. Para el cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en este Decreto y en el Decreto número 2978 de 29 de diciembre de 1960, prorrógase hasta el 31 de marzo del presente año el plazo filado en el artículo 6° del mismo Decreto número 2978 de 1900.
