Amparamiento de Registro Sanitario . Cuando se trate del mismo suplemento dietario se podrá amparar bajo un mismo registro sanitario, máximo tres marcas.

Parágrafo

Las medidas sanitarias de seguridad que se aplique para una de las marcas se hará extensiva a todas las marcas cobijados bajo el mismo registro sanitario.
