Art. 232. El magistrado que examine la cuenta en la cual se advirtiere una ordenación ilegal de gastos según lo expresado en el artículo anterior, pasará inmediatamente al ordenador copia del auto de glosas, para que este funcionario dirija al mismo Magistrado, dentro de quince días, los descargos ó explicaciones que tenga á bien presentar.
