Art. 34. Quedan revocadas todas las disposiciones contrarias á este decreto, el cual será leído por los Jefes de las Oficinas de Hacienda á sus empleados subalternos, y puesto en conocimiento de los miembros de los Resguardos de rentas por sus respectivos Comandantes, quienes lo fijarán, además, en sus Despachos en un lugar público.
