La liquidación de la Cuota de Compensación Militar para los colombianos residentes en el exterior, se efectuará por la autoridad de reclutamiento correspondiente en pesos colombianos, y su equivalente se cancelará en dólares estadounidenses o en la moneda circulante en el respectivo país, por intermedio de las respectivas autoridades consulares.
