º. La distribución de las colocaciones de las Corporaciones de Ahorro y Vivienda establecidas en los numerales 2º y 3º del artículo segundo del Decreto 1084 de 1981, se cumplirá también cuando los porcentajes parciales indicados en cada uno de dichos numerales, se destinen, total o parcialmente, a la financiación de soluciones de vivienda cuyo precio de venta unitario sea menor al límite inferior estipulado en el respectivo numeral.
