Terminación de la importación temporal para perfeccionamiento activo de bienes de capital . La importación temporal para perfeccionamiento activo de bienes de capital termina con

1.

La reexportación de la mercancía;

2.

La aprehensión y decomiso de la mercancía, cuando haya lugar a la efectividad de la garantía por incumplimiento de las obligaciones inherentes a esta modali­dad;

3.

El abandono voluntario de la mercancía, o

4.

La destrucción de la mercancía por fuerza mayor o caso fortuito demostrados ante la autoridad aduanera.
