º . Estructura. La estructura de la Comisión Nacional de Regalías será la siguiente: 1. Comisión Nacional de Regalías 2 Despacho del Director General de la Unidad Administrativa Especial 2.1 Oficina Jurídica 2.2 Oficina de Control Interno 2.3 Subdirección Administrativa y Financiera 2.4 Subdirección de Interventoría, Control y Seguimiento.

Parágrafo 1

Suprímese el Comité Técnico de la Comisión Nacional de Regalías creado por el artículo 8 de la Ley 141 de 1994 y los cargos de los expertos que lo conforman.

Parágrafo 2

Suprímese el cargo de Interventor de Petróleos creado por el artículo 8 de la Ley 141 de 1994.
