Artículo segundo . Las diferencias a favor o en contra que resulten por el cómputo de las reservas en la forma aquí prevenida se llevarán a la cuenta especial a que se refiere la cláusula quinta del contrato de 31 de octubre de 1934, entre el Gobierno y el Banco de la República, aprobado por la ley 7º de 1935.
