Art. 11. A los lados de cada uno de los lotes de terrenos baldíos que se adjudiquen a las inmediaciones de los caminos de que trata el artículo anterior, el Poder Ejecutivo reservará lotes de igual estension, los cuales solo podrán ser enajenados por dinero, o distribuidos a nuevos pobladores.
