El capital mínimo inicial de cada sociedad seccional de crédito será fijado por la Caja de Crédito Agrario e Industrial, y podrá ser suscrito por el Municipio o los Municipios que quieran hacerse accionistas, o por el Departamento a que dichos Municipios pertenezcan, o por los agricultores o industriales de la respectiva región, o por una o más de dichas entidades y los agricultores e industriales.
