ART 249. Exceptúanse de lo dispuesto en el primer inciso del artículo 561 del Código Judicial (ó sea 627, edición de 1887), á más de las personas de que habla el inciso 2o. de dicho artículo, las siguientes: el Vicepresidente de la República, los Ministros del Despacho, los Magistrados de los Tribunales Superiores y Fiscales de los mismos Tribunales, y los Miembros del Consejo de Estado.

Exceptúanse igualmente los Arzobispos, Obispos, Provisores y Vicarios Capitulares.

Todos los exceptuados declararán como se dispone en el inciso 2o. del artículo citado.
