Vigencia. El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación en el Diario Oficial, adiciona el Capítulo 2 al Título 2 de la Parte 4 del Libro 2 del Decreto número 1066 de 2015, Único Reglamentario del Sector Administrativo de Interior, modifica el artículo 2.2.4.1.21 del Decreto número 1070 de 2015 Único Reglamentario del Sector Administrativo de Defensa y deroga el Decreto número 4481 de 2006 y demás normas que le sean contrarias.
