Decreto 1371 de 1996 · por el cual se suprimen unos cargos y se crea un cargo en la planta de personal del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público.

º . El cargo creado por el artículo segundo del presente acto, sólo podrá ser provisto en primera instancia con la orden judicial de reintegro, que a la fecha de publicación del presente Decreto se encuentre tramitada en el Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público.

Parágrafo

En caso de que el beneficiario del reintegro judicial, no acepte el nombramiento que se realice, el cargo creado podrá proveerse en la forma prevista por la ley.
