º. De la inscripción de candidatos . La inscripción de los candidatos, deberá efectuarse a través de solicitud expresa que en tal sentido sea presentada al director de la entidad la cual deberá llevar al menos la firma de cinco (5) trabajadores oficiales o empleados públicos de la entidad, según el caso.
