Aprópiase para atender a los gastos del Gobierno Nacional, durante la vigencia fiscal de 1° de enero a 31 de diciembre de 1959, con base en las Rentas e Ingresos del Tesoro de la Nación determinados en el artículo anterior, la cantidad de un mil quinientos cuarenta y cuatro millones trescientos sesenta y ocho mil doscientos setenta y un pesos con setenta y cinco centavos ($1.544.368.271.75) moneda legal, distribuida entre los diferentes Ministerios y Departamentos Administrativos, así:
