Dotación especial. Los oficiales y suboficiales destinados a prestar sus servicios en la Casa Militar de Palacio o en el Batallón Guardia Presidencial, tendrán derecho durante su permanencia en ellos a una partida anual adicional equivalente a la fijada para su jerarquía en el Artículo 103 de este Decreto. Cuando la permanencia del individuo en las citadas reparticiones no alcanzare al año completo, el valor de esta partida adicional se reducirá proporcionalmente, en forma similar a la indicada en el

Parágrafo

del Artículo 102 de este Decreto.
