Artículo décimoprimero. Las autoridades de tránsito competentes podrán, en cualquier tiempo, cancelar la licencia o permiso de funcionamiento a los talleres que incumplan las normas de tránsito o de Policía. Igualmente, efectuarán visitas periódicas a los talleres con el fin de comprobar el cumplimiento de las disposiciones vigentes.
