Formulario electrónico único de afiliación al Sistema General de Seguridad Social y entidades parafiscales . Sin perjuicio de los mecanismos de afiliación previstos para el Sistema de Riesgos Laborales y/o el Sistema de Afiliación Transaccional previsto para el Sistema de Salud, el Gobierno nacional deberá diseñar e implementar un formulario único de afiliación al Sistema General de Seguridad Social en un tiempo no mayor a 1 año (un año) y a las entidades parafiscales que permitan a los trabajadores remotos inscribirse al Sistema General de Seguridad Social sin que se requiera la firma manuscrita de las partes y podrá radicarse remota o virtualmente.
