Para pagar al Departamento de Boyacá la suma hasta de ciento seis mil cuatrocientos ochenta y tres pesos treinta y cuatro centavos ($106.483.34) y trece mil quinientos diez y seis pesos sesenta y seis centavos ($13.516.66) por deuda de la Nación al Departamento, provenientes por los gastos hechos por Boyacá en la carretera del Carare en el presente año, el Gobierno Nacional incluirá dichas partidas en el Presupuesto de la Próxima vigencia.
