Artículo catorce. El ofendido presentará con la querella la prueba formal de la injuria. Cuando por la índole de la forma de divulgación empleada, o por las circunstancias personales del ofendido, este no pudiere presentar la prueba mencionada, o la presentare deficientemente, la autoridad competente, de oficio a solicitud del interesado, decretará los medios de convicción conducentes para allegarla al expediente.
