Renuncia a la Disponibilidad . El funcionario podrá renunciar en cualquier momento a la situación de disponibilidad, dando aviso por escrito a la Dirección del Talento Humano o a la oficina que hiciere sus veces, por lo menos con dos (2) meses de anticipación a la fecha en la que aspira a ser reintegrado a sus labores. El reintegro al servicio deberá producirse dentro de los dos (2) meses siguientes a la fecha indicada por el funcionario.
