°. Modifíquese el artículo 7° del Decreto 252 de 2004, el cual quedará así: “ Artículo 7°. Consejo Directivo. El Consejo Directivo estará integrado por

1.

El Ministro de Minas y Energía o el Viceministro de Minas y Energía, quien lo presidirá.

2.

El Ministro del Interior y de Justicia o su delegado.

3.

El Ministro de Ambiente, Vivienda y Desarrollo Territorial o su delegado.

4.

Dos representantes del sector geológico minero designados por el Ministro de Minas y Energía para períodos de dos (2) años, con sus respectivos suplentes.

Parágrafo

Asistirá como invitado permanente el Director de la Agencia Nacional de Hidrocarburos o su delegado, quien tendrá voz pero no voto”.
