La presente ley rige a partir de su promulgación y deroga las normas que le sean contrarias, en especial, el Decreto número 1633 de 1960, la Ley 79 de 1993, excepto su artículo 5º; el artículo 160 de la Ley 1753 de 2015 y el artículo 155 de la Ley 1955 de 2019.
